What do we need?: shrimp Unsalted Butter/Olive Oil Chopped parsley (optional) lemon juice (optional) So let’s start:
  1. Start by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2.  Add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil to the pan and toss to coat.
  3. Add 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the pan and place on a plate.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Once the butter has melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss with the garlic butter sauce.
  8. You can also add lemon juice if you want to give your shrimp that sour taste.
