In 2019, many farmers protested against the German government’s agricultural policy in various cities across Germany. In order to bring about significant changes and solve problems, the next tractor demo is already scheduled for January 18, 2020 in Berlin. Thousands of farmers are called upon to participate in the rally. Andreas Bergholz also wants to get involved again: “We have to demand changes for a better agricultural policy in the future in order not to harm our food, agriculture and the environment even more. Only together can we change something! To live, we depend on healthy food! It’s about your future and that of your children.”

Agricultural policy: Climate-friendly & environmentally friendly

Farmers are campaigning for animal welfare, better working conditions and greater appreciation of their work. Furthermore, reasonable prices and a fair income are indispensable. Species, climate and water protection are additional demands.
